onib89 Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 Fix Message/sound to country for ground units... i made two ground groups.. task force 1(USA) and task force 2(Italy).. i want when group is inside zone, pop a message or sound only for this group.. Grimes Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 I take it you are referring to sending a message to players utilizing Combined Arms to control ground forces? Unfortunately Combined Arms is a little strange in that the CA roles belong to a coalition but not a country. So even though CA players can take direct control of a US or Italian group, that player is not associated with those countries. Furthermore the only time a player might belong to a country is when they are using first person control of a vehicle. Unless CA gets changed so that CA players are given a "group" or limited to their control by country, I'm not sure a fix is possible. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
