I hope its not too late but i had an idea to go with the 3 formation. I was thinking because thers gonna be 10 pilots after the formation the formation splits up into pairs. One behind the other like this.

Pilot 2(rear) will be the smoke provider and Pilot1(front)will be the eyes and ears to help Pilot2.

Sorry for the crap pic i did it with paint.:) Anyway flight C,D and E will fly in straight horizantal lines to form part of the 3. P.S. ive used different couloured somoke and planes to show their flight path. Flight A and B will crossover to form the rest of the 3. The smoke will need to stop almost simultaneously after the smoke has stopped pilot1 will perform an aileron roll dropping a set of flares about every 90 degrees.

Here are some negatives:

*Not all teams use the same smoke coulour.

*Not all teams will have smoke pods on the fuselage.

*Not all teams will have enought flares left.

I dont know whether ive explained this properly so tell me if i need to go over anything. For those who did understand me:) tell me what you think.

Spectators

Live Streaming:

If you want to join the live streaming, you will need to download the VLC software:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

After install, you can join the live stream at this link:

http://stream.patrouille-suisse.net:13300/listen.pls

 

Spectators on the VFAT server are highly appreciated but please follow these guidelines.

- Before joining the “VFAT main server”, please connect Teamspeak first and join the “VFAT – Live Show” channel. After teams have done their display you can meet them in one of the “lounge” channels.

- Make sure to join the “VFAT main server” as spectator, do not take any aircraft.

- Do not talk or use chat during flights. Comments are highly appreciated but only after touchdown.

- To prevent lag the maximum amount of spectators is limited. It is possible that you are kicked during the show to make place for participating pilots. Don’t worry, all the tracks will be downloadable after the VFAT.

 

Pilots:

- Please connect to the Teamspeak server at least 30 min before ShowTime in our “VFAT – Briefing” channel. As soon as the team before you touched the ground you must be ready to hit FLY (Cont+R).

- Make note of the Briefing written in TS server (can be found in the “VFAT–Briefing” channel information).

- Please all record your flight. Movie makers will have the most stable track and will be able to take shots out of your cockpit.

- We decided to leave the server running and not to restart for server setting changes. This to prevent connecting problems and it will save time for our tight schedule.

 

The VFAT team wishes all the pilots good luck and many thanks for participation.

Hi guys!

 

I've got some problems with vfatmod2007.beta:)

 

1. I will flying with MiG-29A not MiG-29C:-D (hungarian MiGs are 9.12Bs)

2. The pack isn't consist the grey number (rus-code-numbers...) and my soplo-out files...

 

Pls correct these problems. Thanks!

 

P.S: Will stream be avaible today? I think that would be nice if playing promos/flight videos on stream before the vfat is begin (everybody can testing the stream).

The Red Arrows are flying the MiG-29A on their Hawk. I'm afraid it's too late to change now, sorry.

OK, this is fixed

 

 

and my soplo-out files...

 

This is fixed too. I hope the Ukrainian Falcons, APA, and all the other MiG-29 users don't mind having your exhaust nozzle color as well since you all use that same file.

 

Also, if possible, please post Mod issues on the VFAT forum. There are now at least 4 threads with mod issues - it's hard to keep up with them all.

He i found a error in the VFAT Beta the SU-27 of the Dutch flanker Display Team is missing. And the Mig-29C is cancelled but is still in it.

 

See thread on VFAT forums - It will be fixed on the final VFAT mod

LOL!!! In this case i will not flying on the VFAT. Pls remove me from the participations. Thanks!

I'm registered of the VFAT forum since 3-4 days, but the activation (i tried reactivation mail too) mail wasn't arrived to my mailbox... Buggy forum.
