(still trying to figure out what you did! :smilewink:) This lighting is already possible in the old FC2/BS engine (light proj... ;) ). One can animate them even with some Args. However, these possibilities were not used in the original Sim. One combines this lighting then still with selfluminous night textures - and finished...
