It seems lower in res. Still WIP or is this the best for the FC line of aircraft? Umm, I think the Detail on the New Skin is there.. See below. The DCS A-10 has a lot more detail here. I don't know if the F-15 has it though...so it might be a FC vs DCS thingy?
