I want to make a good working SLI-profile voor Lockon 1.1

Is there somebody who know the settings which yields the best results?

I installed the Nvidia 77.77 drivers and Coolbits 2

I have XFX7800GTX in SLI mode but do not notice any spectacular performance improvement. On an average 80fps, in cockpit 18 - 28fps. All setting to the highest quality.

Hi,

You must never set all to high!

I can now playing LOMAC with my Settings under 1600x1200 32bit resolutions with 30-50FPS in the Cockpit and 70-210FPS(210 are over water) in the F2 sight!

Use the newer driver 78.03 and set Global Driver settings and SLI Mode to "Alternate frame rendering". 4xAA, 8xAF Image settings are High quality.

see this Benchmark for LOMAC:

http://firingsquad.com/hardware/nvidia_geforce_7800_gtx/page16.asp

Settings:

Graphics:

Textures = High

Scenes = High

Terrain Preload = 50 Km

Water = Medium

Haze = Basic (day) Advanced (night)

Light = All

Visibility Range = Medium

Effects = High

Heat Blur = On

Shadows = Active Planar

Colour = 32 bits

Resolution = 1600x1200

Cockpit:

Mirrors = off

Reflections = On

Regards

Viper

Best Regards

ok, who knows the diff, between alternate frame rendering and alternate frame rendering2 ? cuz i cant seem to find anything about it anywhere, i know afr means 1card renders 1 line then 2nd vid card does second line and etc, but what is the diff between afr and afr2 ?

also dont use drivers 77.77 as if i recall they are bugged with coolbits OC feature, only for sli cards, it works ok for single cards but it nearly killed my cards :D get the new drivers...
