Han Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Friends, if you have the problem when Star Force protection system is not recognize your LockOn v1.1 CD and the SF error message appears, in this case you must follow the next procedure (see for attached image): 1. Press the "Information" button, the SF will collect your system info. 2. Press the "View Report" button. 3. The text system info file will appear, save this file. 4. Send the saved system info file via e-mail to following adress: support@star-force.com with copy to adress: han@eagle.ru and chizh@eagle.ru In e-mail letter tell us all additional details which you're see important. After that we'll put our efforts to solve your problem. With Best Regards! It has come to our attention that a limited amount of Lock-On Gold game units have been released containing this defect, which was not the cause of the StarForce encryption.
